Notifying us of a claim is a quick and easy process.
Our BEST policy is one of the best in the market – even if we do say so ourselves. Many other policies will give you a 30 day notification period, but with BEST you have 45 calendar days from the end of the month in which the absence commences to notify us of a claim. This also applies to continuing claims.
What if the absence occurred at the beginning of the month?
It doesn’t matter when the absence occurs, the notification period will still begin at the end of the month of occurrence.
That means that even if the absence occurred on the first of the month, you would still have the remainder of that month before the 45 day notification period begins to notify us of your claim.
